Production process of copper profiles

Date:2018-08-20 15:37:37

What is the production process of industrial copper profiles?

1, casting is the first process of copper production.

The main process is:

(1) Ingredients: according to the needs of the production of detailed alloy trademark, calculate the addition of various alloy components, reasonable allocation of various raw materials.

(2) Melting: The raw materials are melted in the furnace according to the technical requirements, and the impurities and gases in the melt are effectively removed by degassing and slag removing refining methods.

(3) Forging: The melted copper is cooled and forged to produce round cast rods of various specifications under certain forging conditions through a deep well forging system.

2, kneading: kneading is the way of profile forming. Firstly, the mold is designed and manufactured according to the section of the profile commodity, and the heated round cast bar is extruded from the mold by the industrial copper profile kneading machine. Commonly used trademark 6063 alloy, kneaded with an air-cooled quenching process and subsequent artificial aging process to complete the heat treatment strengthening. The heat treatment system of heat treated alloy with different trademark is different.

3, coloring (first of all, talk about the process of oxidation).

Oxidation: kneaded copper alloy profiles, its surface corrosion resistance is not strong, must be treated by anodic oxidation to add copper corrosion resistance, wear resistance and surface beauty.

The main process is:

(1) Surface pretreatment: chemical or physical methods are used to clean the surface of profiles, expose a pure substrate, in order to facilitate the acquisition of a complete, fine artificial oxide film. It can also obtain mirror or matte (Ya Guang) surface by mechanical means.

(2) Anodizing: A fine, porous and strong adsorptive layer of AL203 is formed on the surface of the surface pretreated profiles by anodizing the substrate under certain technical conditions.

(3) Sealing: The pore of porous oxide film formed by anodic oxidation is closed to enhance the anti-pollution, corrosion resistance and wear resistance of the oxide film. The oxide film is colorless and transparent. By using the strong adsorption of the oxide film before sealing, some metal salts are adsorbed and piled up in the pores of the film. Many colors, such as black, bronze, golden and stainless steel, can appear on the surface of the profiles.
